Wuzhizhou is reached by boat only, from the Wuzhizhou Island Pier in Haitang Bay - about 40 minutes' drive from Sanya city center and 20-30 minutes from Yalong Bay resorts.

Taxi / ride-hailing

¥80-120 and 40-50 minutes from Sanya downtown direct to the pier - the standard choice.

Public bus

Bus 33 or 35, or Haitang Bay shuttle lines 1/3, to Haitang Bay Square, then a short walk - allow extra time.

Resort shuttle

Many Haitang Bay hotels run guest shuttles to the pier - check schedules with your hotel desk.

Day tour

Day-tour packages (from about ¥138) include transfers and fast-track boarding.

Self-drive

Parking at the pier; the crossing then takes about 20 minutes by ferry.

Getting Around

On the island, walkways link all main sights; electric cart tours and the beach zone cover the rest. Boat schedules govern everything - last return sailing 18:30.
