By Air

Hehua International Airport (DYG) sits 5 km west of downtown — 12 minutes and ~¥20 to the Tianmen cableway, or ~35 km / 40 minutes (¥80–100 by taxi) to Wulingyuan's East Gate.

By High-Speed Rail

Zhangjiajie West station → Wulingyuan buses every ~20 minutes (¥13, 40 min) — mind the evening last bus.

By City Bus

City station buses run to the forest park gates throughout the day (32 km, ~40 min).

By Taxi

Airport or rail to Wulingyuan ~¥100–150; agree the meter or app price.

With a Tour

Xiangxi circuits with Furong Town and Fenghuang from ¥899; Zhangjiajie-only guided days from lower tiers.

Getting Around

Inside the park: eco-buses between gates and plateaus; Bailong Elevator / Tianzi cable for verticals. East Gate is the standard hub.
