Getting Around

The compound is entirely walkable — the palace core, gardens and annexes spread across roughly 25 hectares of mostly level stone paths, with free lockers at the Visitor Center. A heritage double-decker sightseeing bus (¥2) loops Changchun's Manchukuo-era sites from near the 264 terminus, about 85 minutes per circuit.
