One descent — the grand welcome hall and underground harbor, a boat drift down the Nine-Bend Silver River past the Lotus Lantern, then up through Yujingshan's forest trails to the Taizi riverbank and the One Stream of Cloud camp.

By High-Speed Rail + Minibus

Shenyang to Benxi Station in 30–40 minutes; outside the exit, minibuses marked 本溪—小市 run to the cave stop for about ¥10.5, roughly an hour, leaving when full. Book Benxi Station — not Benxi East.

By Car

Shendan Expressway to the Benxi North exit, then the Benhuan road: 1.5–2 hours from Shenyang, about 40 minutes from downtown Benxi; parking ¥20–30 with room for 3,000 cars.

From Xiaoshi Town

A 10-minute, ¥15–20 taxi from the county seat; local buses and through-coaches toward Shenyang also serve the gate.

By Taxi or Ride-Hail

About 40 minutes from Benxi Station; from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, around 50 km and 50–60 minutes.

On a Day Tour

Organized Shenyang day tours run about ¥220–260 with transport and entry — the low-effort version of the classic outing.

Getting Around

An in-park tram (¥15, or bundled in the ~¥125–150 combos) links cave mouth → Geology Museum → Silicified Wood Kingdom → Yanshui Paradise; the visitor center is only a ten-minute flat walk from the cave itself.
